The following vaccines will be recommended and discussed:


TdaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) (10-12 yrs.) This vaccine must be given prior to sixth grade in KY


Meningococcal vaccine (single dose) (11yrs and older)


Human Papilloma Virus (three dose series)(Girls 10 years and older)**


Varicella #2(Chickenpox) if not given at 4 yrs and no history of chickenpox infection
