The mission of BAWAC is to develop and maximize the vocational potential and quality of life of adult persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment, through the flexible integration of counseling, vocational evaluation, life and work skills training, job placement, support services and employment in a therapeutic or community based remunerative work environment.
The Perkins Center serves individuals with many types of disabilities that include, but are not limited to, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, traumatic brain injury, intellectual  disability, deaf/hard of hearing, and physical disabilities.  The Center currently operates several programs and services that enable consumers to achieve their vocational goals.

New Perceptions is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching lives of those with intellectual/developmental disabilities.  New Perceptions provides children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and other barriers with services to reach their maximum potential.
