Patient Portal

We hope our portal provides you with a great experience in managing your family's health information!
 

If you wish to register for the portal, please email us at portalhelp@pediatricassociatesnky.com and provide the patient's name and date of birth. You may also call the office at 859-341-5400.



The portal will allow you to view your child's drug allergies, medications, growth charts, vaccines (including a forecast of upcoming shots), request a medication refill, pay your bill, and request a well or ill visit appointment. We will also send some forms, visit summaries, and other documents to the portal for your convenience.  Please note, our previous portal is now inactive and "read only". In order to continue accessing up to date patient information or make the above requests, you must register for the new portal.
