We Have 2 Nurses That Serve As Care Coordinators

Amanda Glass and Ashley Biddle fill many roles for our families and providers, assisting with:

  • Scheduling behavorial health appointments
  • Coordinating care with specialty referrals 
  • Checking in on patients after starting a new medication
  • Arranging follow-up after hospitalization or ER/urgent care visits, making sure our records are up to date
  • Helping with prior authorization of tests or medications
  • Pre-Visit Planning - Prior to a well visit they may contact you to make sure we have the information needed to help you make the most of your office visit
  • Transition Planning - Help you find a new provider for your child if you leave the practice
