Monday thru Friday:  8:00 AM to 4:50 PM
(all locations, ill and well visits)


Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12 Noon 
(Crestview Hills downstairs - ill and well visits)

Office is Closed in Observance of Holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day

After Hours

We are happy to provide care on Saturdays, and after hours on weekdays for ill and behavioral health visits. After 4:50 pm on weekdays we will remain open to see same day ill visits based on demand. There is an additional charge for keeping the office open on Saturday and after hours. You may see the charge 99050 or 99051 on your bill. This charge is billed to insurance if you have provided us with this information. There may be a portion of this charge that is passed on to you. Standard co-pays and deductibles apply.

The providers take emergency calls out of the office after hours. Call the main office number (859) 341-5400 or our after hours number (513) 820-2312, and our answering service will page a provider to call you back. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, please call again in case of a clerical error in paging the provider.

Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) for the morning. We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the doctor. 

If you think your child might need after-hours care, we request that you call us FIRST so we can help to coordinate that care through the appropriate facility.

If you call in for medical advice, please be sure to have ready:

  • Pen and paper
  • Child’s age and weight
  • Child’s temperature - if you suspect a fever
  • Your pharmacy’s phone number
