January COVID Surge

We are seeing an incredible amount of illness, especially COVID 19 now. This is slowing down several processes in the office. Please allow:
 

• 48 hours for medication refills
• 48 hours or more for COVID PCR results from Cincinnati Children's. Friday and Saturday test results may not be available until the following Monday. Do not assume that your result is negative if you have not been contacted or seen it on the Pediatric Associates Patient Portal or Cincinnati Children's MyChart.

We encourage all our families to create a Pediatric Associates patient portal account so you can see results and print them out. Results go to the patient portal as soon as we receive them. MyChart accounts at Cincinnati Children's take up to 7 business days to activate and must be done in person.
 
Please keep in mind the principles of prevention: vaccination, masking, social distancing, and staying home if you are sick. Please stay healthy and together we will get through this latest surge. Thank you for putting your trust in us.
